The best Mexican food in Ojai. The carnitas is outstanding. If you've never had the real deal, La Fuente has it.
Good food a little expensive
Great place ,highly recommend.
Best real mexican food. Cheap prices and large portions. Just like Mexico! Must check it out!
Great Mexican food, but a little run down.
Fresh, tasty and consistently good service. The homemade corn tortillas are worth the visit
Great Mexican food, esp the breakfast items and most esp the salsas.
Love the potato tacos. Open late on weekends. Always great service!

$8 Breakfast burrito w/ overcooked eggs, they forgot the cheese. Salsas are watered down & no flavor.

Great food, great price.
I ordered 3 tacos. The tortillas were delicious and fresh. I had one carne asada, one pastor, and one cabeza. All were tender and very tasty. I would have trouble picking a favorite. My wife had a chicken taco and fish. She loved the chicken.Great spot!

My favorite Mexican food in town!
Good food and good service.
Very nice and good food
La Fuente offers authentic, honest, satisfying and fairly priced Mexican food from a somewhat obscure location. It's a spot mostly for locals, so treat its hard-working staff with respect please!
This spot is amazing and roomy, the menu was delicious and the prices were very inexpensive. quick, productive service and very personal staff members. Highly recommended.
Wow this place close at 1:00 am Can you believe and good food
THEY ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY, DON'T GO AFTER 3:30 UNLESS YOU WANT DISSAPOINTMENT
Great sweet corn tamales! Service needs a little improvement.
Always good
I love this place, simple unpretentious, great food (not salty), pleasant service.
Best Mexican Food in Ojai, hands down.
It’s delicious
Great Sopes !!!
Only place open for those late munchies on weekends
Authentic Mexican food in the heart of Ojai. Get the carnita tacos with homemade tortillas. You won't regret it! I went 3x in 2 days.
ONLY EAT HERE LATE NIGHT! This place is open until 2 am on Friday and Saturday which makes it the latest kitchen open in ojai! Which is fantastic! Unlike their food, as long as there is any other option available for food, stay away! Calling their food mediocre would be a high compliment, but that being said when everything else in town is closed we appreciate having this place open. Just manage your expectations, on portions, quality, and price!
Deceptive pricing scandal....meaning that the pricing of the online menu leads you in, but then in person they're all covered up with new prices. The actual total when rung up was then almost TWICE as high as even the deceptive price displayed!. The Food is okay ...I ordered the two tamale combo plate. It came with plenty of food. The rice and beans were fine, but I was a little disappointed by the jumbo sized tamales that lacked any flavor and had meager substance inside. However, the Salsa Rojo was a winner!
Third time in a row that I have ordered a "Bean, cheese, and rice burrito" and I've gotten basically a RICE BURRITO. This last time there was zero cheese, about 10% beans and the rest was rice. I've tried both locations and they do the same thing each time. They didn't used to do this, but I'm done trying. I'll eat my burrito elsewhere.
I ordered, and by the time I got my drink, sat down, opened Google maps to review, my food was ready, and this was at 11:45, right during lunch check time, service and food is spot on, the only issue can be the parking g since it shares a lot with other popular restaurant TS and stores, but I've always left happy.
The real deal. Every bit as good as La Superica in Santa Barbara.
Pretty good taco spot
Stopped in for some burritos! YUM. I am vegetarian and enjoyed the breakfast burrito with rice, beans, eggs, and potatoes! Maybe ask for some pico or avocado for some extra flavor? Got my order to-go, three burritos took about 10 minutes.
Great
